A monkey so tiny it fits in the palm of your hand,  which is why it is considered the smallest primate in the world. They live in the Amazon rainforest, mainly in the forests of Colombia, Brazil, Peru and Ecuador.

It measures about 35 centimeters and its weight is around 100 grams, as an adult.

However, despite its size, it behaves like a giant in the world of chameleons, as its color is imperceptible in its habitat. It manages to hide well from its predators.

It is the smallest snake in the world,  measuring up to 6 centimeters and having a width of a strand of wool.

It feeds on larvae and comes from Barbados.

Microcebus

Perhaps one of the best known, coming from Madagascar. It is  a small nocturnal primate that measures between 2.25 and 4.75 inches. Unfortunately, due to the destruction of its habitat, it is also in danger of extinction.
